On 18 May, MultiSpin.AI hosted an online workshop entitled “First Applications of Spintronic Crossbars in Energy Harvesting”, featuring Pietro Perlo (I-FEVS). The session explored how spintronic crossbar technologies can be applied to energy harvesting systems, with a particular focus on maximum power point tracking (MPPT), edge intelligence, and sustainable energy applications.
The workshop began with a brief overview of the MultiSpin.AI project presented by Lior Klein, coordinator of the project, followed by an in-depth presentation from Pietro Perlo on emerging applications of spintronic crossbars in energy harvesting. Participants also had the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers during the Q&A session.
